Privacy Policy

This is a convenience translation. The Polish-language version of this policy is the legally binding one.

1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data collected through the kadrino.pl website is Wojciech Warmuz. Contact: info@kadrino.pl.

The business is run as an unregistered activity within the meaning of Art. 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law. This does not change the fact of being a data controller under the GDPR — a controller can be any natural person who independently decides on the purposes and means of processing data, regardless of the legal form of their activity.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form / inquiry form, the following data is collected:

  • name
  • e-mail address
  • message content (if the form includes a message field)

Additionally, in connection with using the website, technical data may be automatically collected, and — once you consent — analytics cookie data (IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers) may be collected too. See section 6.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Purpose of processing Legal basis
Responding to a submitted inquiry Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller — handling inquiries)
Further negotiations / preparing a quote and fulfilling an order Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
Sending marketing information / newsletter (only with your separate consent) Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)
Website traffic analysis (Google Analytics) — only after consent given via the cookie banner Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with parties that support the operation of the website and correspondence, in particular:

  • website hosting provider: Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.),
  • correspondence delivery tool provider: Resend (resend.com),
  • analytics tool provider: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) — only after consent to analytics cookies is given, see section 6,
  • in the future, if an order is settled via the Useme/Freelancehunt platform — only the data necessary to conclude and settle the contract, if the client is separately informed of such an intermediary when the contract is concluded.

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without separate consent.

Data transfers outside the EEA

Some of the tools used may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). In such cases, data transfers are based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another compliance mechanism provided for by the GDPR.

5. Data retention period

Data from inquiries is stored for the time necessary to respond and — if cooperation is undertaken — for the duration and settlement of the order, and afterwards for the period resulting from tax regulations (if applicable). Data of individuals with whom no cooperation took place is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless the individual consents to longer storage (e.g. for marketing purposes).

6. Cookies and technical data

The kadrino.pl website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic (e.g. number of visits, popular subpages, visitor devices). The Google Analytics script is only loaded after you consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — no data is sent to Google before consent is given.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by removing cookies in your browser settings.

Cookie Provider / purpose
_ga Google Analytics — distinguishing users
_ga_<container-id> Google Analytics — maintaining session state

Event data collected by Google Analytics (e.g. pages visited, approximate country/city-level location) is retained by Google for up to 14 months, per the data retention settings configured for the property.

As part of the standard operation of the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages), basic technical data (IP address, browser type, request timestamp) may additionally be automatically recorded in server logs — regardless of analytics cookie consent, solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website, based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Your rights

Every person whose data is processed has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectify their data,
  • erasure of their data ("the right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

To exercise the above rights, please contact: info@kadrino.pl.

8. Automated decision-making

Data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning data subjects.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on this page.
